PRIVACY POLICY

Blade Financial, LLC

Effective: 2026

Financial advisors get access to a lot of personal information —

income, account balances, family situations, plans people haven’t

told anyone else. This page explains what I collect, what I do with

it, and what I will never do with it.

The short version: I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share

it with anyone for marketing purposes. Ever.

WHAT I COLLECT

From the website. If you fill out a form, I collect the name, email

address, phone number, and any details you type in. If you purchase a

service, I also collect the acknowledgments and signature you provide

at checkout.

Automatically. Like most websites, this one records standard technical

information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you

arrived. I use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking for

this. It tells me which pages people read and which ads bring visitors.

It does not tell me who you are.

From clients. If you engage me, I collect what’s necessary to do the

work: income, assets and debts, account statements, tax returns,

insurance policies, employment details, family circumstances, and your

goals and risk tolerance.

From others, with your permission. If you ask me to, I may obtain

information from your custodian, accountant, attorney, or employer’s

benefits department.

HOW I USE IT

To respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you purchase, comply

with securities regulations and recordkeeping requirements, and process

payments.

That’s the entire list.

WHO I SHARE IT WITH

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it with anyone

for their marketing purposes. I do not receive compensation from any

third party for referring you.

I share information only where it’s necessary to serve you or required

by law:

Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. — if you open a custodial account, the

information required to establish and maintain it.

Third-party investment managers — only if you decide to engage one,

and only what that engagement requires.

Service providers — my compliance and recordkeeping platform, email

and website hosting, and payment processing. Each is bound to keep

your information confidential.

Payment processing — purchases are handled by PayPal. I never see or

store your card or bank account numbers.

Regulators and law enforcement — where required by law, subpoena, or

in response to a regulatory examination.

HOW I PROTECT IT

Client records are held in a cloud-based compliance system with access

controls. This website uses encrypted connections. Access to client

files is limited to me.

No system is perfectly secure, and I won’t claim otherwise. What I can

tell you is that I collect only what I need and keep it only as long as

regulations require.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT

Securities regulations require advisers to retain client records and

communications for a set number of years after a relationship ends. I

keep records for at least that long. Website analytics data is retained

according to Google’s standard settings.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct

anything inaccurate, and ask to be removed from any email list at any

time. Some records I’m legally required to retain even if you ask me to

delete them — I’ll tell you plainly if that applies.

You can turn off analytics tracking using your browser’s privacy

settings or Google’s opt-out tools.

To make any of these requests, just contact me directly.

COOKIES

This site uses cookies for analytics, advertising measurement, and basic

functionality. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Blocking them won’t prevent you from using the site.

CHANGES

If I change this policy, I’ll update the effective date above. Clients

receive a privacy notice at the start of our relationship and annually

thereafter.
